Gold color. Aromas of porridge with blueberries and Brazil nuts, kefir, hard cheese rind, and whey soaked cheese cloth with a crisp, off-dry medium body and an uncommon, brisk nettles, pepper, and cellophane finish. A peppery, earthy and slightly bitter mead for cheeses.
