Aromas and flavors of pacific northwest hops, wildflowers, pine resin, and apple cider vinegar with a medium body and a medium finish revealing notes of wildflower honey on baked brie with macerated blueberries and apricot jam and lime peel. Jazzy and fun,a really enjoyable bright floral character with lime-like acidity.
