Inviting aromas and flavors of grilled berries, roasted mushrooms, cured meats, black tea, espresso bean, and tobacco with a slightly chewy, vibrant, dryish medium body and a tingling, compelling, medium-length finish imparting notes of graphite and pomegranate with moderate oak flavor. A rich, food-friendly Bordeaux Varietal Blend that will work very well at the table.

Aromas of hints of sun dried tomato, candied cherry, figs, black tea, hibiscus, and hints of cinnamon with a tannic, dry light body and a polished, medium-long dried rose and tar finish with a suggestion of oak flavor. A somewhat understated Nebbiolo with surprisingly good varietal character; we’re excited to see how this one cellars.

A well-executed Chardonel with highly pairable acidity and accessible style.
