Minutely hazy golden yellow color. Aromas and flavors of banana Laffy Taffy, demerara sugar, chichurons, and clove and coriander with a satiny, lively, spritzy, dry medium body and a tingling, interesting, medium-length finish with elements of french toast, bananas foster, clove, and maple bacon. Boldly aromatic and fruit-forward with a spicy, savory back end to keep it balanced.

Weizen hefes are pale straw to deep golden in color and range from 4-6% in alcohol. These beers are refreshing and highly carbonated with banana and spicy clove-like flavors derived from the yeast strains used in the brewing process. Hop flavors play a very insignificant role in the flavor profile. This is a top-fermenting, unflitered beer style that originated from southern Germany, particularly Bavaria, and is brewed with at least 50% wheat in the mash. Noteworthy examples of this style include: Paulaner Hefe-Weizen, Hacker-Pschorr Weisse and New Glarus Dancing Man Wheat.
