Aromas and flavors of tart red cherry, tea, orange oil wood polish, and violet with a round, crisp, dry medium-to-full body and a medium-to-long finish that exhibits touches of tart red cherry, sour blackberry, leather, and and cocoa nibs. A solid red table wine and particularly impressive for an Italian varietal in Michigan.

Teroldego
Teroldego is a deeply colored red Italian grape variety grown in the Trentino-Alto Adige/Sudtirol regions. It is a very fruity variety that typically needs little aging. Young examples pair well with rich stewed fish, roast beef and chicken. Older, cellarable examples are best with game, goulash, and braised meats.
