White Port

Serve in a Copita
White Ports are an esoteric category of Oporto (Port) fortified wine made white grapes instead of red varietals. The are best enjoyed young and chilled as an aperitif or cocktail ingredient, but some can be cellared to interesting effect. Stylistically, they are close to Ruby Ports with hints of caramelized Tawny character.
