White gold color. Aromas and flavors of apple, pear, and jasmine, blanched almond, and lemon pez and banana runts with a supple, crisp, petillant, dry medium body and a medium-to-long finish evoking impressions of pear and elderflower blossom, brioche, apple sauce and cinnamon, and leather and cedar. An enjoyable classic cider with enough tannin for complexity but enough sugar for an easy drinking experience.
