Brilliant golden yellow color. Aromas and flavors of dried apricot, frozen vanilla yogurt, lychee, and raisin cake with a silky, bright, sweet medium body and an effortless, stimulating, medium-long finish evoking shades of honeyed peach, apple sauce, and peony with no oak flavor. A tasty ice wine with a nice creaminess that will work well with custard-based desserts.
