Golden amber color. Aromas and flavors of tea with honey and lemon, warm biscuits, toasted fruit cake, jasmine, and baklava with a satiny, vibrant, dry light body and a warming, complex, very long finish that exhibits notes of hazelnut cream. A light-on-its-feet Whiskey with vivid flavor and luxurious texture.

Single malt Irish whiskeys, like their Scottish cousins, are whiskies that are only made with malted barley. They are usually triple distilled through both column and pot stills, although there are a few exclusively pot-distilled brands.
