Golden straw color. Aromas and flavors of candied orange peel, toasted oats, clover honey, and pralines with a satiny, bright, dry light-to-medium body and a tingling, interesting, medium-length finish with nuances of orange candy, ginger, and coconut, dried garden herbs, blanched almonds, and fennel. A solid house Tequila that will provide a good backbone for cocktails but has sufficient quality to be enjoyed on its own.

Gold tequila is unaged silver tequila that has been colored with caramel coloring. It is also known as mixto as it is made from a mixture from at least 51% blue agave and the rest from other sugars, usually cane-based.
