Clear color. Aromas and flavors of cinnamon and baking spice, almond cookie, sesame oil and green apple, and rose and carnation with a medium body and a medium finish that shows notes of rose and honey dew melon, lime juice, lemon pepper and salt, and red and green apple. Delicate aromas and palate but layers of subtle depth and complexity round out this blanco.

Silver or Blanco/White Tequilas are clear, with little (no more than 60 days in stainless steel tanks) or no aging. They can be either 100% agave or mixto. Silver Tequilas are used primarily for mixing and blend particularly well into fruit-based drinks.
