Gold color. Aromas and flavors of honied oats and porridge, green caramel apple candies, shredded wheat cereal, and candied lemon with a round, vibrant, dry medium body and a warming, appealing, breezy finish with overtones of green apples, honey and caramel sauce, and baked bread. Nice fruited apple and honied grains on the nose and palate make this a simple, direct, and quintessentially Irish Whiskey.

Blended Irish Whiskey is a blend of malt and grain whiskies that makes up a large majority of Irish Whiskey production. It can be blended with Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey, allowing for any combination of the three to fall under the category. Any grains may be used, as well as it may be distilled in pot and/or column stills, and it may be made at a single distillery or multiple distilleries.
