Gold color. Aromas and flavors of vinyl and peanut shell, dark roasted honey malt, nutty, and marzipan and creme brulee with a medium-to-full body and a medium-to-long finish that exhibits overtones of under ripe pear, bleu cheese drizzled with honey, pecan, and blood orange and brown sugar. A fruit and malt-balanced sipper with light barrel flavors making for a no nonsense Irish Whiskey.
