Clear color. Aromas and flavors of vanilla Key lime pie, cardamom pod, oiled leather and lime, and green apple with a round, lively, dry medium body and a peppery, elegant, medium-long finish displaying touches of coconut and plantain, masa and lime, anise, black pepper, and lemon grass, and balsa wood. Strong rich agave flavors lead, which given the higher proof will be an excellent base for cocktails yet refined enough to enjoyed neat.

Silver or Blanco/White Tequilas are clear, with little (no more than 60 days in stainless steel tanks) or no aging. They can be either 100% agave or mixto. Silver Tequilas are used primarily for mixing and blend particularly well into fruit-based drinks.
