Gold color. Aromas and flavors of raisin bran cereal, toasted oats, honey malt, and toasted coconut and almond cookie with a satiny, bright, dry medium body and a stimulating, medium-length finish with notes of cocoa nibs and vanilla, caramel, mint and toasted cedar plank, and molasses. The malt character is there but in the background, paving the way for an approachable and delicious Whiskey with layers of complexity.

Blended Irish Whiskey is a blend of malt and grain whiskies that makes up a large majority of Irish Whiskey production. It can be blended with Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey, allowing for any combination of the three to fall under the category. Any grains may be used, as well as it may be distilled in pot and/or column stills, and it may be made at a single distillery or multiple distilleries.
