Medium gold color. Aromas and flavors of vanilla, leather, and orange, baked apples rolled in cinnamon and nutmeg, ginger, and lemon peel and honey in a thin green tea with a velvety, crisp, dry medium body and a warming, interesting, medium-long finish with notes of baked pear, baking spices, vanilla, and clove and wood tannins. A well aged and serious Cognac for being a VS; delightful flavors and aromas with a slightly hot and spicy finish.

V.S. (Very Superior, also known as V.S.P or Three Star, very superior pale and ***) Cognacs require a minimum of two years aging in a cask, although the industry average is four to five years. These are generally lighter in style with more young, fruity flavors that make them a good choice for classic Cognac cocktails like a Sidecar, Brandy Alexander, or the original version of the Mint Julep.
