Barrel aging brings a full, round texture to apple, pear and grilled lemon with a hint of hazelnuts and river stones rounding out the balance. (tasted on Aug-25-2014)

A bit lean and austere for a viognier, but a good choice for grilled fish or mussels. (tasted on Jan-13-2014)
