Ruby garnet color. Toasty aromas and flavors of berry preserves, baklava, milk chocolate, and hazelnut with a satiny, vibrant, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a smooth, appealing, medium-long finish with nuances of fresh dill, roasted coffee, and toffee. A lovingly oaked cinsault with a really nice range of roasty flavors; interesting and easy to love.

Cinsault is a red grape planted widely in the south of France and Corsica. It has a vibrant, fruity nose with soft tannins and good acidity. This makes it beautiful as a rosé, an early drinking red quaffer, or as a blending component to add fruit and freshness to heavyweights such as Grenache.
