Dusty garnet color. Fruity, minerally aromas of dried cranberry, crisped berry crumble, and graphite with a satiny, vibrant, dryish light-to-medium body and a warming, intriguing, medium-length almond tart, chocolate drizzled figs, and gingersnaps finish with chewy tannins and light oak flavor. A lovely departure for Pinot Noir drinkers that may make an excellent cellar candidate.

Cinsault is a red grape planted widely in the south of France and Corsica. It has a vibrant, fruity nose with soft tannins and good acidity. This makes it beautiful as a rosé, an early drinking red quaffer, or as a blending component to add fruit and freshness to heavyweights such as Grenache.
