Gold color. Aromas of sprouted grains, rubber, sandalwood, dried basil, and animal crackers with a velvety, bright, dryish light body and a peppery, buoyant candied hazelnuts, toffee, marmalade, and gingerbread finish. A very enjoyable dram and excellent example of the Irish whiskey category.
