Tasted in a Gin Martini cocktail. Sedimentary straw color. Aromas and flavors of orange spice cake, herbs, dried tropical fruits, and hints of tobacco and suede with a supple, vibrant, dryish medium-to-full body and a tingling, interesting, medium-long cardamom, lady grey tea, and tamari finish. The martini cocktail benefits for the dried fruit and delicate spiciness of the bitters, especially the orange rind notes; the overall effect of the bitters is very noticeable.
