Brilliant golden amber color. Bright, roasted, oaky aromas of maple chocolate fudge, caramelized nuts, toasted meringue, and dried apples with a vibrant, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a peppery, interesting, medium-length bananas foster, tapioca, coconut meat, and cherry finish. A very tasty and well made oak-aged vodka that tastes like neither whisky nor vodka.

Barrel-Aged Vodka is just that, an unflavored vodka that has been aged anywhere from a few weeks to several months in either neutral or charred wooden barrels The barrels are traditionally un-charred, neutral, local or Slovenian oak in Polish and Russian examples. In modern or craft versions they are more often barrels that formerly held whisky or brandy to impart more color and flavor.
