Pale clear color. Fruity aromas and flavors of baklava, vanilla bean mint gelato, spiced nuts and yam, and pepper with a satiny, bright, dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body and a warming, complex, medium-to-long finish with suggestions of powdery almond cookie, tonka bean and anise, peppercorn, and roasted red pepper finish. A nice blanco with a good combination of delicacy and gusto.

Silver or Blanco/White Tequilas are clear, with little (no more than 60 days in stainless steel tanks) or no aging. They can be either 100% agave or mixto. Silver Tequilas are used primarily for mixing and blend particularly well into fruit-based drinks.
