2012 Brut Nature North Fork of Long Island
Bright golden yellow color. Fruity, toasty aromas of butter poached apple and fennel with a supple, lively, finely carbonated, dry-yet-fruity light-to-medium body and a tingling, medium-length grapefruit zest, caramel pecan tart, nutmeg, and chalk finish with well-integrated, medium tannins. A crisp and sophisticated domestic blanc de blanc for celebrations.
