Cedar River
2015 Junmai Sake
Bright pale light silvery straw color. Delicate, savory, fruity aromas and flavors of honey rice candy, melon, Asian pear and leaves, and nougat with a soft, bright, bone-dry medium-to-full body and a tingling, complex, easy fleur de sel, roasted parsnip and potato, and jicama finish. A wonderfully savory sake that will shine with tempura.
