Pomegranate Cider
Red oak color. Aromas and flavors of cherry-rhubarb jelly on bread, hint of apple sauce, and green tomato with a satiny, lively, effervescent, fruity medium body and a tingling, stimulating, medium-long pomegranate, craisin, and nuts finish. A very nice sweet and sour cider with tangy fruity twist.

Cold Brew Coffee Cider
Brilliant old gold color. Interesting, roasted aromas and flavors of fresh roasted coffee beans and baking chocolate with a supple, bright, effervescent, dry-yet-fruity light-to-medium body and a smooth, stimulating, medium-length honey roasted apples, reduced lemon, coffee ice cream, and hint of mint leaf finish. An interesting marriage of rich, but mild coffee flavors and tangy apple cider.

Tesla
Bright golden amber color. Sour, vegetal, dank aromas of collard greens and okra, peppercorns, and lemon sourdough bread with a round, soft, finely carbonated, sourish medium-to-full body and a warming, odd, medium-long turnip and sweet potato, bitter bark, orange-apricot vinaigrette, and lemon pepper finish. An unusually dank and sourish lager that drinks like an IPA; pair with Mallort.
