Mons Abbey Quadrupel D'Abbaye
Sedimentary dark copper color. Bright, fresh aromas and flavors of honeyed apples and cherries and spicy zucchini bread with an vibrant, effervescent, fruity medium body and a warming, interesting, medium-long creme brulee, dried fruits, peppered endive, and minerals finish. A honeyed and tangy dessert beer.

Stern Line Oatmeal Stout
Dark-Brown color. Bright, roasted aromas of dark chocolate and roasted nuts and sweet potatoes with a supple, vibrant, frothy, dryish medium body and a tingling, engaging, medium-length pumpernickel, arugula, and pepper finish. A savory, assertive American stout with firm bittering hops.

Rose Beer
Brilliant neon pale ruby color. Bright, citrusy, floral aromas and flavors of jasmine tea and hibiscus lime chutney on toast with a silky, crisp, finely carbonated, moderately sweet light body and an effortless, breezy lemon grapefruit granita, kiwi relish, and honeyed nuts finish. An interesting floral, fruity sweet shandy.

Yellow Tail Whistling Wheat Ale
Hazy light gold color. Lively, citrusy, toasty aromas and flavors of Arnold Palmer, lemon herb muffin, and orange drink with a glycerous, bright, finely carbonated, off-dry light-to-medium body and a silky, medium-length buttered toast and nuts and lemon and grapefruit zest finish. A nice, lightly lemony wheat ale for carefree sipping.

Yellow Tail Sunset Lager
Medium brilliant amber color. Rich, buttery, candied vegetal nutty aromas of caramel frosted scone, praline, and sautéed mushroom with a supple, soft, frothy, dry-yet-fruity light-to-medium body and a tingling, brisk butterscotch pudding, peppered lettuce and sprouts, honey roasted nuts and grain, and corn pops cereal finish. A sturdy amber lager for pub grub.
