Hazy gold color. Rich, fruity aromas and flavors of pear soufflé, fresh fruit salad, banana nut muffin, and strawberry banana yogurt with an even, soft, bubbly, off-dry light-to-medium body and a smooth, subtle, medium-long finish revealing accents of pear skin, melon, cream of wheat, and sprouts finish. A brilliantly balanced fruit flavored wheat ale with great drinkability.

Cloudy reddish mahogany color. Bright, fruity aromas and flavors of fresh crushed raspberries and fruitcake with an even, tart, fizzy, cloying medium-to-full body and a smooth, amusing, medium-length finish evoking shades of raspberry vinaigrette on lettuce, blood orange sorbet, and carrot finish. A nice combination of sweet and tart flavors with a hint of earthy vegetable.

Bright, toasty, interesting aromas and flavors of butter toasted nut bread, turkey jerky, and hint of rubber with a soft, sharp, finely carbonated, fruity sweet light-to-medium body and an effortless, delightful, long finish with notes of white balsamic on radicchio, green peach, and earth finish. A lovely, tart, mouthwatering sour ale.

Bright, smoky, umami aromas of dark toasted sunflower rye bread, dark coffee, smores, and coconut vinaigrette with a satiny, bright, finely carbonated, fruity medium-to-full body and a smooth, complex, long chocolate roasted nuts, dulce du leche, lemon-fig tart, and cigar ash finish. A delicious, superbly balanced American stout.

Lively, citrusy, spicy aromas and flavors of citrus peels, coriander, herb muffin, and wintergreen with an even, vibrant, fizzy, dry-yet-fruity light-to-medium body and a smooth, interesting, relaxed finish with impressions of radish sprouts, watercress, and minerals finish. A nice delicately spiced wit that is very refreshing and crushable.

Lively, complex, yeasty aromas and flavors of sourdough bread, dried citrus and stone fruits, mossy earth, and horse mane with a silky, crisp, finely carbonated, dry-yet-fruity light-to-medium body and a tingling, complex, medium-long finish with notes of spinach and mustard greens, white balsamic vinegar on green peaches, hearts of palm, and grass and nettles finish. A complex, bracing tart, very earthy lambic for the table, especially with shellfish.

A delicious and very appetizing wheat ale that is sure to please.

A fun, spunky cherry-berry flavored cider with a nice dash of sour complexity.
