Pale light minutely hazy yellow color. Herbal aromas and flavors of dill pickle juice, hashish and caraway rye, dusty herbs, and spiced apple with a satiny, tangy, sweet-and-sour medium body and a graceful, interesting, medium-long finish with notes of pickled melon and berries, nut skin, and gravel finish. A fun, herbal cider that will make for some interesting pairings and aquavit-like cocktail creations.

English-style ciders range in alcohol from 5-10% and feature austere and muted apple aromas and flavors. These ciders can be produced anywhere in the world, as long as English-origin apple varieties are used. English-style ciders are typically full-bodied and dry, and may also feature a slight “barnyard nose.”
