Brilliant gold color. Aromas and flavors of egg sandwich, dried stone fruits, roasted nuts and grains, and peach blossoms with a supple, bright, finely carbonated, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a warming, captivating, long finish with accents of mixed lettuces and greens, lemon pepper, and buttered raisin rye bread finish. A zesty, flavorful bock with nice depth, balance and warm.

Bocks range in color from pale to deep amber and in alcohol from 6-7%. These beers are an exposition of malty sweetness that is classically associated with the character and flavor of Bavarian malt. Hop aromas are generally low, though hop bitterness can serve as a balancing factor against the malt sweetness. Bocks are a specific type of strong lager, historically associated with Germany-- specifically the town of Einbeck. Noteworthy examples of this style include: Full Sail LTD 01, Stiegl Bock and Anchor Bock.
