Clear dark brown color. Aromas and flavors of chocolate raspberry torte, roasted nuts and coffee, berry vinaigrette, and flax bread with a supple, vibrant, finely carbonated, fruity medium body and a tingling, interesting, medium-length finish displaying notes of toffee, sprouts, and berry gum finish. A fun, tasty raspberry flavored stout.

Flavored stouts are brown to dark brown and average between 6.5-8.5% in alcohol with variations depending on the interpretation of the style. They can be sweet or dry and commonly derive their flavor from dark fruits, coffee, and chocolate added during the brewing process in addition to the standard malt, hops, yeast and water. Noteworthy examples of this style include: Rogue Double Chocolate Stout, Young’s Double Chocolate Stout and New Glarus Coffee Stout.
