Minutely hazy golden amber color. Attractive aromas and flavors of chocolate mousse and peach cobbler a la mode with a round, vibrant, effervescent, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a warming, refreshing, long finish with nuances of latte with cocoa powder, roasted nuts, and dried apricot finish. A fun, artfully flavored and balanced white stout that really works.

Flavored stouts are brown to dark brown and average between 6.5-8.5% in alcohol with variations depending on the interpretation of the style. They can be sweet or dry and commonly derive their flavor from dark fruits, coffee, and chocolate added during the brewing process in addition to the standard malt, hops, yeast and water. Noteworthy examples of this style include: Rogue Double Chocolate Stout, Young’s Double Chocolate Stout and New Glarus Coffee Stout.
