Yellow straw color. Aromas of lemon drop candies, lemon-poppyseed muffin, red apple, marijuana, and cream of wheat with a lean, bright, effervescent, dry-yet-fruity thin body and a smooth, fast English peas and kiwi finish. A nice ballpark beer; easy-drinking and light.

Reduced Calorie Lager

Reduced calorie lagers, or light lagers, are pale straw to light gold in color and range in alcohol from 3.5-4.5%. These beers are not defined by flavor as much as their low calorie count. These beers are widely popular in the US and are now brewed throughout the world. Noteworthy examples of this style include: Samuel Adams Light, Heineken Premium Light and Amstel Light.
