Gold color. Artificial, tropical aromas and flavors of banana nut muffin and delicate brown spices with a supple, crisp, effervescent, dry-yet-fruity light-to-medium body and a smooth, engaging, medium-length wheat cracker, honeyed nuts, and radish finish. A very tasty and refreshing hefe with clean, balanced flavors.

Weizen Hefe

Serve in a Weissbier Glass
Weizen hefes are pale straw to deep golden in color and range from 4-6% in alcohol. These beers are refreshing and highly carbonated with banana and spicy clove-like flavors derived from the yeast strains used in the brewing process. Hop flavors play a very insignificant role in the flavor profile. This is a top-fermenting, unflitered beer style that originated from southern Germany, particularly Bavaria, and is brewed with at least 50% wheat in the mash. Noteworthy examples of this style include: Paulaner Hefe-Weizen, Hacker-Pschorr Weisse and New Glarus Dancing Man Wheat.
