Brilliant golden amber color. Toasty, inviting, green aromas and flavors of citrus scone, roasted pineapple on arugula, scalloped potatoes with fresh chives and herbs, and crispy chicken skin with a round, lively, finely carbonated, dryish medium body and a medium finish with notes of mesclun with radishes, peppered nuts, fine cocoa powder, and sandalwood incense finish. A complex, appetizing, and refreshingly bitter session IPA that will be great to pair with.

Session IPA's are lower alcohol, "sessionable" beers with a similar flavor profile and style as American style IPAs. They are deep gold to amber in color and usually fall below 5% in alcohol unlike their boozier counterparts, American style IPAs. They are characterized by floral and citrus hop aromas and a distinctive hop bitterness on the finish.
