Brilliant red oak color. Complex, peppery, toasty, fruity, interesting aromas of caramel chew, dried orange peel, toasted walnut, and tamarind with a satiny, soft, finely carbonated, dryish medium body and a smooth, interesting, breezy cola syrup, blackberry reduction, sweet wheat bread crust, and orange blossom finish. Malty and spicy, this Belgian amber is great on its own or with your favorite sweet and spicy dessert.

Belgian Style Amber Ale

Belgian style amber ales are amber in color and range in alcohol from 6-8%. This is not a classic style but represents various beers of similar Belgian theme. These beers are fruity and moderately strong with a classic Belgian yeast character. Noteworthy examples of this style include: Brewery Ommegang Rare VOS, Unibroue Maudite and New Belgium Fat Tire Amber Ale.
