Hazy light gold color. Aromas and flavors of toasted brioche, soufflé, delicate spice, and lilacs and geranium with a satiny, bright, finely carbonated, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a smooth, refreshing, medium-length finish with impressions of kiwi and starfruit, watercress, and minerals finish. A delicate, effortlessly drinkable Belgian single that is artfully balanced.

Trappist or Abbey Singel

Trappist or abbey style singels are golden to light amber in color and range in alcohol from 5-6.5%. Also referred to as “patersbier” or “father’s” beer, these ales are rarely available commercially and are the beers monks have traditionally brewed for their own table and daily consumption. While there is no real style definition for these beers, they are usually highly refreshing and feature fruity and spicy Belgian yeast-driven flavors and aromas. This style is rarely available commercially.
