Aromas of steel cut oatmeal with butter, lime leaf, fresh dough, hints of lavender, and fresh cut grass with a round, crisp, dryish light-to-medium body and a graceful, interesting, breezy macadamia nut, sticky toffee pudding, cacao butter, and almond skins finish. A light-bodied but densely flavored whiskey that showcases American grains to the whiskey lover; will delight Scotch Whisky fans and American Whiskey fans alike.

Must be composed of 100% malted barley.

Must be distilled entirely at one distillery.

Must be mashed, distilled, and matured in the United States of America.

Must be matured in oak casks with capacity no larger than 700 liters.

Must be distilled to no more than 160 proof and bottled at a minimum of 80 proof.
