Deep garnet color. Aromas of berry compote, custard, lightly smoky cedar, coffee and grilled pepper follow through on a round entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body with crisp green apple and roasted root vegetable notes. Finishes with a long, crunchy tannin and savory leafy herb and spice dissolve. A great table wine to pair with veal and even spicy tuna. (tasted on Jul-29-2010)

Opaque garnet violet color. Dense aromas of boysenberry and plum jam, mint leaf, smoked root vegetable, and vanilla bean follow through on round, supple entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium-full body with great depth and dense waves of dried fruits, cocoa, nuts, sandalwood and spice on the long, generous and leafy tannin finish. A real show stopper style of cabernet franc that continue to develop with time. (tasted on Jul-29-2010)

Bright ruby color. Aromas of roasted tomato, vanilla, and spicy berry compote follow through on a round, bright entry to a fruity-yet-dry medium body with very nice depth of fruit and fine balance. Finishes with a crisp, craisin, pepper, and candied plum accented fade with soft, chewy tannins. A spot on and very attractive cabernet franc. (tasted on Jul-29-2010)

Dusty ruby red color. Aromas of sweet pickled tomatoes, cocoa, and choke cherry jam follow through on a round entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium body with creamy creme brulee and boysenberry notes. Concludes with a nicely toffeed nut and leafy earth accented finish. Nicely structured with great varietal fruit and bright table friendly acidity. (tasted on Jul-19-2010)

Aromas of cherry brownies follow through on a supple entry to a fruity medium-to-full body with good depth and lively balance. Finishes with a long spicy cherry and powdery tannin fade. A very fruity, pure and attractive cabernet franc that will shine with pork and beef Thai dishes. (tasted on Jul-29-2010)

Deep ruby color. Aromas of vanilla Turkish taffy, lipstick, lemon rind and lavender follow through on a silky entry to a dry-yet-fruity and slightly sour medium body with stewed cherry, tomato, mustard greens, and okra notes. Finishes with a tart cranberry and pomegranate seed accented fade with silty tannins. A bit rustic, but very interesting. (tasted on Jul-19-2010)
