Creamy lychee custard and coconut milk aromas follow through on around, supple entry to a fruity-yet-fry medium-to-full body with a layers of delicate spice and ripe peaches. Finishes with a long, tangy citrus peel and mineral accented fade. A delicious, balanced and pure Gewurz. (tasted on Sep-02-2008)

Beeswax, pistachio nougat, Key lime pie, and lychee aromas follow through on a silky, brisk entry to a dry-yet-fruity light-to-medium body with touches of nut oil, spice, and white peach. Finishes with a dainty, delicate floral spice fade. A lovely, elegant aperitif reminiscent of a fine Alsatian. (tasted on Sep-02-2008)

Vibrant, dense aromas of lychee, lilac, and apricot have and oily bath soap edge and pine sap undercurrent and follow on a round, supple entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium body with tart wave of dried citrus and spice.
