Aromas of apple tart, nougat, and pineapples with a silky, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a tangy lemon, tangerine, mineral and vanilla praline accented finish. Very stylish, tasty and Macon like. (tasted on Apr-07-2014)

Golden yellow color. Interesting aromas of pecan-almond nougat, honey, apple cider vinaigrette, and cake flour with a supple, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a dried pineapple, delicate spice, and herb accented finish. Quite a unique range of flavors. Try with Thai food. (tasted on Apr-07-2014)
