Unusual aromas of green bell pepper, ruby grapefruit and pumpkin seed mole with a silky, fruity-yet-dry medium-to-full body and a long, ripe melon, creamy lemon gelato, and pickled pepper finish. A fun must try wine to pair with Latin fish and mole dishes. (tasted on Mar-28-2011)

Aromas of lemon soufflé, apricot butter, and almond nougat with a soft, somewhat shy dryish medium body and a honeycomb, honeydew, lime leaf, grass, and chalk finish. Interesting and rather elegant. (tasted on Mar-28-2011)
