Rich aromas of melted toffee, spicy blueberry compote, beeswax, and eucalyptus with a supple, dry-yet-fruity medium-full body and a long, concentrated pomegranate, olive, clay and forest floor accented finish and dusty tannins. An impressively rich and age worthy Old World styled red. (tasted on Feb-07-2011)

Aromas of clay, buttercream, mint tea, and cranberry coulis with a supple, silky, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a long, smooth, herbal and savory root vegetable, tomato and apple skins, menthol tobacco ash, and cedar accented finish. Distinctive, dynamic and exotic; will go brilliantly with Middle Eastern lamb. (tasted on Feb-21-2011)

Aromas of chocolate covered graham cracker, orange zest, caramelized berries, and violet with a satiny, fruity-yet-dry medium-full body and a long dried berry, cedar, roasted pepper and peppery spice finish. A rich and tasty red that will go great with veal chops. (tasted on Feb-07-2011)
