Exotic aromas of chocolate curry bonbon, menthol, blueberries and cassis follow through on a soft, silky entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body with fresh eucalyptus, nut, and lime leaf notes. Finishes with a vibrant, resonant fade. A bold, energetic, yet effortless cab that will shine with prime rim or Middle Eastern lamb dishes. (tasted on Feb-10-2009)
