Ruby color. Jammy aromas of craisins, dried pear, floral honey, and delicate spice with a supple, fruity-yet-dry medium-to-full body and a nicely balanced chocolate and chewy tannin finish. A graceful, deliciously ripe and poised, claret style zinfandel. (tasted on May-23-2011)

Dark ruby color. Sizzling bacon and dried raspberry aromas and flavors with a silky fruity medium-to-full body and a long juicy berry pie filling, chocolate, turkey jerky, and spice finish. A rich, fruity, meaty zin that will triumph barbecue wine. (tasted on May-23-2011)

Deep violet black color. Dense aromas of pickled okra, honeycomb, roasted pepper, black olive, and plum with a supple dryish medium-to-full body and smooth, cocoa, grilled pear, oak, and peppercorn finish. A rich and savory table wine, oddly reminiscent of Barolo. (tasted on May-16-2011)
