Aromas of black raspberry pie, floral honey and citrus creme brulee with a supple dry-yet-fruity medium-full body and a long earth and nut accented finish. Elegant and stylish with chewy tannins. Pair with artisan pizza. (tasted on May-23-2011)

Mocha cream, roasted peanut and berry aromas and flavors with a layer of mulberry, pepper and spice. Finishes with a cedar, earth and firm tannins. Good length and intensity. Pair with spicy game or schnitzel. (tasted on May-23-2011)

Deep garnet violet color. Aromas of plum pie a la mode and milk chocolate with a supple fruity-yet-dry medium-to-full body and a tart sour cherry, roasted nut, apple skin, and pencil shaving accented finish. A rock solid food wine. (tasted on May-17-2011)
