Pale golden straw color. Aromas of apple custard, kiwi, cashew brittle follow through on a silky, soft entry to a fruity-yet-dry medium body with tangy apple skin, mandarin orange and mineral notes. Finishes with tart, zesty Meyer lemon peel and chalk accented fad. A very nice choice for scallop and shrimp dishes. (tasted on Apr-20-2009)

Silvery straw color with an amber cast. Aromas of grilled green apple, wax, and melon rind follow through on an angular entry to a dryish light body with flint and honeyed lemon rind notes. Finishes with a tart, powdery fruit tannin fade. Pair with oysters. (tasted on Mar-30-2009)
