Pale straw yellow color. Aromas of soy, marinated mushroom and nougat with a supple, dryish medium-to-full body and a zesty coconut, apple, radish and pepper finish. A zesty sake for the table. (tasted on Jul-02-2014)

Very pale silver straw color. Aromas of spicy poached pears, ground nuts, and pineapple gelato with a satiny, fruity-yet-dry medium-to-full body and a melon, pepper, and cream finish. Robust and nicely balanced fruit. (tasted on Jul-02-2014)
90 • Kurosawa Junmai Kimoto Sake $19/720 ml.
Pale straw color. Aromas of almond, whipped cream, bamboo shoot, and quince with a dry-yet-fruity light-to-medium body and a pear, mineral, and peppery radish accented finish. A rock solid sake for all occasions. (tasted on Jul-02-2014)

Clear with a platinum cast. Aromas and flavors of nougat, radish, melon and cream with a silky, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a bamboo shoot, mineral and pepper accented finish. A clean and savory sake that will be very versatile. (tasted on Jul-02-2014)

Clear with a nickel cast. Aromas and flavors of peppered melon, pineapple and white mushroom with a silky, fruity-yet-dry medium body and a fleur de sal, jicama, and golden beet accented finish. A nice savory sake that will go well with chicken teriyaki. (tasted on Jul-02-2014)

Clear with a platinum cast. Mild aromas of meringue and nougat with a soft, dryish light-to-medium body and an apple sauce, melon, saline, and water chestnut finish. (tasted on Jul-02-2014)
