Intriguing aromas of yuzu citrus, honeydew, rain water, pine needle, and ironed linen with a silky, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a lingering anise, pear, almond and sweet cream driven finish. A delicious and satisfying gingo that will also appeal to fans of pinot grigio. (tasted on Dec-05-2012)

Pale silvery straw color. Aromas and flavors of apple, delicate spices, nettles, and floral pineapple and plum with a silky, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a nicely nuanced dance of savory jicama and bamboo shoot with sweet cream, mint and nougat. Very tasty and balanced. (tasted on Dec-05-2012)
