Deep garnet black color. Dense aromas of barnyard mud, butter sautéed nuts, poached egg, and dried wild berries with a racy, fruity tart medium-to-full body and a tangy cacao nib, cranberry vinaigrette, olive skin and tobacco accented finish. A lively, fleshy, slightly rustic and Old World styled pinot that will sing operettas at the table. The perfect foil for mushroom risotto and rabbit stew. (tasted on Nov-22-2010)

Deep garnet black color. Cherry vinegar, honeyed goji berry, clay and squid ink aromas with a supple, dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body and a herb butter and wild strawberry accented finish. Dried wild strawberry, beeswax, cocoa, and sandalwood incense aromas and flavors with a soft, silky dry-yet-fruity medium body and a juicy, graceful, and lightly herbal, rhubarb custard finish.
